Philips Market Insights and Analytics Manager – Hospital Patient Monitoring (Cambridge, MA) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

In this role you will take ownership for our customer analytics to deliver insight, strategies, tactics, and performance tracking. You will maximize the value creation from our installed base.

Your role:

  • Fielding internal / external research to build a complete picture of our customer base.

  • Develop customer insights, segment analytics and customer profiles.

  • Execute projects to inform key business strategies (e.g. product launches, end-of-life).

  • Lead data-driven analysis into commercial opportunities, challenges and root causes.

  • Measure commercial performance and key metrics across our installed base.

  • Install a learning loop to identify best practices and improvement areas.

  • Maintain key analytics databases and tools together with the Market Intelligence CoE.

  • Design and execute a roadmap to improve our data capabilities and tools.

  • Driving the training and adoption of key tooling with the sales / marketing teams.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree, preferred.

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of Market Insights and Analytics experience.

  • Your skills include experience generating marketing/sales insights and strategies, development of customer databases, platforms and analytics, performance reporting root cause analysis, and result oriented commercial thinking.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • You’re a strategic and tactical planner, analytic and data enabled decision maker, with strong presentation capabilities.
