Part of the Enterprise Commercial organization, CET hosts thousands of customers and partners at Microsoft centers around the globe, discussing business outcomes and how Microsoft can help them digitally transform by industry.
We are looking for an experienced Industry Content Lead to lead our Industry content program across all our centers. This role will be responsible for activating industry content used in Executive Briefing Center (EBC) and Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) engagements that helps drive our business goals and industry thought-leadership with our customers.
To orchestrate this program, you will engage with a passionate set of stakeholders across Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector Industry Teams, Industry Product Marketing, and members of CET Delivery Team and MTC Technical Architects to lead from planning through to delivery. You will be expected to orchestrate and manage large v-teams to align content investments with business priorities, and to identify subject matter experts (also referred to as Speakers) to deliver these industry topics in our EBC engagements. To effectively land content investments, you will be expected to coach our CET Delivery Teams and MTCs on how to best leverage this content to drive business outcomes. Finally, creating a feedback loop for our delivery and field teams and our customers to continuously improve the Industry content and experiences in our centers.
Define and evolve the Industry content strategy for our EBC and MTC programs with a focus on achieving consistent and aligned content that equips the field to engage with Business and IT across the customer journey.
Partner closely with Industry product marketing, industry sales, and MTC teams to identify and effectively land purpose-built content aligned to customer journey.
Support the CET Delivery Teams at the EBC and Regional Experience Centers by landing a clear Industry content framework, ensuring a healthy topic catalog for engagement agendas, and effectively communicating changes.
Work with field stakeholders to understand content needs to support MTC engagements, with a focus on landing investments that accelerate Industry Priority Scenarios (IPS) goals.
Grow the EBC speaker pool for your industries with qualified and trained speakers.
Ensure landing of content with ease of usability and repeatability as a priority.
Ensure there is an open and proactive content feedback channel amongst our Experience Centers.
Work with vendors and external partners to orchestrate and deliver industry thought-leadership events.
Manage program performance and metrics, identify trends, and communicate program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, product marketing, content marketing, and/or business program management.
Track record of successfully managing business operations, including program management excellence, risk management, and prioritization of resources.
Broad knowledge of Microsoft’s prioritized industries and Go-To-Market industry strategies.
Ability to think broadly across Microsoft’s solution areas and industry priority scenarios.
Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence, and collaborate with teams across disciplines (engineering, marketing, and sales).
Exceptional communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
Embrace a growth mindset and global perspective to drive maximum impact.
Experience in event management, preferred.
Experience delivering customer-facing messages, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, and/or experience in relevant fields, preferred.
