In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead an experienced team tasked with delivering market analytics and insights to fuel growth for Philips North America. The ideal candidate will have a deep intellectual curiosity and passion for gaining a data-based understanding of Philips client penetration and market position. You will be excited by uncovering opportunities for expansion across a wide portfolio of solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative analytical environment utilizing multiple sources of data to drive insights into providers, their business priorities and purchasing behavior. You bring an understanding of macro and micro trends in healthcare and can distill vast amounts of information into clear priorities.

You are responsible for:

Generating and delivering market and customer feedback to fuel business growth

  • Deliver against business goals with an analytics program to drive recommendations for business growth

  • Manage a team of proven subject matter and data specialists to bring out their best potential by harnessing tools and databases to drive deeper marketing insights

  • Own NA marketing critical metrics associated with win/loss, deal visibility, and market share performance.

  • Build and execute primary research programs such as customer analytics and segmentation, win-loss analysis, customer experience, and user behavior

  • Manage and incorporate second- and third-party data sources into overall analytics strategy and business recommendations

  • Build a world class competitive landscape, including emerging competitors and competitive threats to influence planning and go-to-market strategy

To succeed in this position, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters preferred with deep experience using spreadsheet, database management, and visualization tools.

  • 10+ years of experience leading teams (researchers and data analysts preferred) for large organizations in life sciences or healthcare

  • High level of expertise in technical research and analytics techniques, tools and platforms

  • Broad and deep research experience across qualitative, quantitative and agile research methodologies

  • Ability to reframe and synthesize data and findings into new frameworks and bring customer insights to life
