S&P Global Graphic Designer in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Kensho is S&P Global’s hub for AI innovation and transformation. Our Marketing and Communications team is creative and collaborative, and we produce high-quality stories and content across channels. We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining our visual brand identity, creating engaging materials, and telling the Kensho story through thoughtful, polished, and impactful design. You will work on everything from executive presentations and PowerPoint decks to our website redesign and other creative projects that highlight our products, solutions, and values.
This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who is excited to learn, grow, and make a significant impact at the intersection of AI and design.

Kensho states that the anticipated base salary range for the position is 80k-125k. At Kensho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
What You’ll Do :
Take ownership of Kensho's visual brand identity across all channels and platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling design
Partner with teams across communications, engineering, product, and leadership to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals
Develop sleek, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for internal leadership and client-facing meetings
Lead and project manage a cross-functional team to design and manage a refreshed, user-friendly website experience
Produce a variety of design materials, including infographics, pitch decks, one-pagers, social media graphics, case studies, product documentation, and more
Identify opportunities to enhance Kensho’s visual impact and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
Collaborate with S&P Global teams to ensure alignment and visibility
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in a graphic design or similar role
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint
A strong and varied portfolio that includes presentations, digital design, web graphics, and branding work
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on clear and concise communications
Strong interest in experimenting with and augmenting work with AI
