Sanofi Group Global Market Access & Pricing Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Global Market Access & Pricing Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/08/2022

Responsibilities:

  • Inform and shape early strategies of pipeline assets & launch product in scope in respect to market access and pricing relevant aspects

  • Support the Global Market Access & Pricing lead in relevant deliverables for key New Pipeline Products including SAR’245 and SHP2:​

  • Inform treatment/payer landscape assessment

  • Inform development strategy

  • Strategy development​

  • Inform the Global Market Access strategy/plan and support global deliverables the launch product Amcenestrant (oral selective oestrogen receptor degrader - SERD) in line with Brand Support pre-launch activities

  • Execute launch preparation and support local access, pricing and reimbursement activities of Amcenestrant while implementing Global Market Access strategies and tactics at country level (e.g., organising and steering regional Market Access committee meetings for internal approval of countries’ price and access strategies in close collaboration with pricing Center of Excellence).

  • Liaise with countries and other matrix partners (e.g., Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), Clinical Development Team, New Product Planning (NPP), Regulatory, Market Access and Pricing, Commercial, Regulatory, Amcenestrant Access Team, etc.) for requests/queries/analyses and consolidate input

  • Foster information sharing including best practices

  • Coordination of monthly country calls, Tripod meetings and country communications, planning and facilitation of summits, training and workshops

Requirements:

  • Master of Science or equivalent required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred (double MD/PharmD/Biology + business / Health Econ / Policy)

  • At least of 1 year of experience related to the purpose of the mission including Market Access, Health Economics or Marketing is a must (needed for a visa application)

  • Fluent English

  • Strong presentation capabilities

  • Demonstrated superior analytical skills, intellectual curiosity & rigor

  • Proactive mindset & team player with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to interact with a variety of topics (scientific / medical and business)

  • Comfortable with uncertainty and able to demonstrate knowledge of market access, health care system

  • Business acumen including financial skills and customer focus

  • Balance of strategic thinking and implementation orientation required
