Google Field Sales Manager, Google Cloud - Boston in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience promoting technology with 5 years of experience promoting cloud computing solutions.

  • 5 years of experience in business leadership managing a team and attracting growing talent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management.

  • Experience leading large-scale businesses with the ability to work with high levels of ambiguity and complexity as the business evolves.

  • Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to be able to drive technology adoption within the existing account base.

  • Ability to build a high-performing Sales team and an excellent team culture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers, and bring to Google your mature Cxo relationships to help us grow into new organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.

  • Negotiate and manage entire complex business cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.

  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers, and Google partners - all to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers.

  • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.

  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
