Engagement Manager, Omnichannel Delivery

Location: Remote

Position Purpose:

Our Engagement Managers (EMs) understand clients and they understand the importance of data. EMs take our projects from handoff to delivery, keeping track of all the moving pieces along the way before providing insights to a client. Likewise, they are responsible for ensuring those clients are satisfied and that our projects come in on-time/on-budget. A great EM can form healthy relationships with both client and internal teams, is an analytical thinker, and is able to manage projects successfully.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plays the role of key client contact. Builds trust with clients by serving as the SME of IQVIA data assets and reporting

  • Manages both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions

  • Oversees consultants to build and provide insights into client reports and presentations. Delivers all or significant portions of findings to client

  • Provides coaching and direction to Consultants and Senior Consultants

  • Independently develops project plans and leads projects to successful completion, on-time, and on-budget

  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems

  • Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-up work or add-ons

  • Proactively strengthens subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing

  • Proactively mentors, coaches, and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn; love of going down rabbit holes

  • Ability to build healthy relationships with clients and stakeholders across a variety of teams, including high-level executives, “in-the-weeds” analysts, and everyone in-between

  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills; can track down loose ends

  • Skilled at prioritization and balancing client need with internal guidelines

  • Humble/capable enough to jump in and help junior staff when needed

  • Must be proficient with MS-Excel and PowerPoint

  • 7-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising, analytics, or market research fields preferred

Preferred Additional Areas of Experience:

  • Understanding of Anonymized Patient Level Data (APLD) assets or Healthcare Provider (HCP) promotions data

  • Strong understanding of one or more areas of media consumption data, such as digital display, search, print, over-the-top (OTT), or television

  • Data visualization tool experience, e.g. Tableau

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or knowledge of databases, ETL processes, or other data-related assets/processes

  • Knowledge of advertising campaign management and optimization
