What you’ll do!

  • Develop strong business relationships with customers, by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.

  • Identify decision makers at accounts and act as a primary customer point of contact between customers and Cytiva in determined accounts/market segments.

  • Attain or exceed the business objectives related to existing accounts: developing new accounts, succeeding in understanding assigned accounts, targeting market segments, and introducing new products and workflow solutions as directed by company goals and strategy.

  • Proactively prospect for new opportunities in the territory and collaborate within a team environment to provide workflow solutions, and achieve market penetration, growth, and revenue achievement.

  • Work with a Cytiva product sales specialist team in demonstrating the breadth and range of Cytiva capabilities. Be a product specialist within certain aspects of the Cytiva product line-primarily focusing on Research Consumables.

  • Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with fellow Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Develop and work strategic business relationships in fulfilling effective channel-to-market strategy.

  • Be accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales funnel using

Who you are!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience.

  • 4 plus years of successful commercial experience, including but not limited to sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research or a combination of experience post-bachelor working experience in a Biotech, Pharma, or Academic lab.

  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels. Proven account management and project planning skills.

  • High-level presentation skills: able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in giving technical seminars and product demonstrations.

  • Self-motivated, a team player, and well-organized.

  • Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic territory. (Boston area)
