Meet Our Team:
The Sales Compensation Team is a cohesive team with subject matter expertise as well as cross functional knowledge to ensure strong teaming and timely and accurate pay. The team supports the Design of Sales Compensation and Award Programs across various commission based roles for 1300+ individuals. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer support to all those we pay and act as trusted advisors on Sales Compensation related topics to our Sales and Cross Functional Leadership teams.

You will have high-impact and high-visibility from day one in this role that is central to the design and implementation of our Sales Compensation and Awards Programs. You will work across all levels in the organization and will apply your passion, expertise and innovation to ensure timely and accurate pay, a high level of customer service and will provide innovative design recommendations that align with the overall Pega strategy and desired sales outcomes.
What You'll Do at Pega:
As the Director of Sales Compensation, you will be responsible for management of the Sales Compensation Analyst team and monthly pay process in support of 1300+ individuals, management of quota deployment process, management of the annual sales comp readiness including system setup and integration across all functions impacted by Sales Compensation. You will also participate in various Sales Comp Design and Analytics in support of the Leadership team.

We are looking for an intelligent, data-driven, collaborative operations leader with strong interpersonal skills. This leader needs to have a strong attention to detail and possess an outstanding ability to manage and influence in a matrixed environment through negotiation and collaboration. A successful candidate will bring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in Sales Compensation practices and team management.
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar discipline, Masters preferred
12+ years of related experience in operational analytics, project management and sales operations
8+ years of management experience leading focused, high performance teams
5+ years’ experience working in a SaaS sales model – understands sales roles, success metrics, and sales process in this model
Strong presentation skills and experience
Discretion with sensitive information – treating all as potentially confidential and/or proprietary
Proficient in Business Objects, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.
Expertise with Tableau is not required, but highly recommended
