Sanofi Group Director, HCP Engagement Dermatology in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position: Director of HCP Engagement, Dermatology

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

Readiness to travel: Up to 20% of the time.

Position Summary : The Director of HCP Engagement, Dermatology will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Dermatology specialty engagement strategy focused on medical meetings, congresses at the national and reginal level for the Dermatology and APP community across all current and future Dermatology indications. This role will work closely with cross functional partners including US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of an aligned strategy for customer engagement at US national and regional congress.

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of dermatology-related medical meetings.Oversee logistical details, including venue logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

  • Develop strategies to enhance attendee engagement and interaction during the medical meetings.

  • Facilitate networking opportunities and interactive sessions.

  • Coordinate logistics for exhibitor spaces and ensure a positive experience for sponsors.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the dermatology medical meetings.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and increase event visibility.

  • Develop and manage budgets for medical meetings, ensuring financial goals are met.

  • Optimize resource allocation and seek cost-effective solutions.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the medical meetings.

  • Gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and sponsors for continuous improvement.

  • Lead the development and execution of materials, booths and events at all US led conferences.

  • Lead all cross functional partner coordination at dermatologist and APP medical meetings.

  • Partner with marketing, medical, patient advocacy to align and innovate on booths and displays.

  • Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence at key meetings and congresses

  • Drive internal and Alliance stakeholder alignment, and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams that support the brand

  • Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute tactical marketing and educational programs

Pivotal Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.

  • Dermatology launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.

  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.

  • Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.

  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.
