Sanofi Group Director, Dupixent US Nasal Polyps HCP Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position Overview:

​Primary Location: United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Respiratory US Dupixent HCP marketing efforts for the CRSwNP (Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps) indication.

  2. Competencies and expectations associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Continuous assessment and validation of brand differentiation and reasons to believe.

  • Continuous assessment and validation of HCP messaging, and ongoing refinement.

  • Unbranded and branded professional campaign lead.

  • Development and roll-out of HCP in-office support strategy and materials.

  • Customer segmentation and implementation strategies.

  • Development of the CRSwNP non-personal strategy across segments.

  • Continuous assessment for alignment with Dupixent franchise strategy and opportunities to leverage franchise synergies.

  • Support Field force recommendation, targeting approach, and requests.

  • Close collaboration with alliance co-promote partners.

  1. CRSwNP lead for the Joint Review Committee (JRC); oversee all JRC meetings for CRSwNP HCP materials.

  2. Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure proper execution of objectives.

  3. Support the development and management of the Dupixent CRSwNP marketing budget.

  4. Work effectively within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines.

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-10+ years’ experience in product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.

  • A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.

  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.

  • Biologic experience.

  • A deep understanding of the respiratory market, particularly ENT space.

  • Understanding of market research, creative development and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.

  • Ability to interact widely and effectively both within the company and with co-promote partner (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Proven ability to cooperate transversally.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills.

  • Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in a team environment.

  • Experience in international marketing (non-U.S.) within a complex, global commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization.
