We are looking for a creative and data-savvy individual to join our team, work with our amazing engineers and technical leaders as the internal liaison, drive awareness of Aurora’s activities through content marketing and deliver exciting data driven presentations. You might be a great fit for our team if you are excited about creating and running digital advertising campaigns including:
Creating amazing digital content rapidly
Adapting and posting content to different channels
Analyzing tracking data to determine KPIs, and adjusting strategy
Developing program content marketing to promote brand and awareness to targeted audiences
In this role you will:
Serve as the marketing focal for employee, HR, and executive messaging and promotion.
Grow sufficient interest in Aurora to significantly increase the incoming talent pipeline through online coordination of recruitment tools including company career page, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Determine and manage the best marketing outreach channels for talent acquisition and capture among membership organizations, college career fairs, internship relations, etc.
Develop and implement a strategy to grow Aurora’s social media presence and general awareness of the company’s product and program activities by:
Creating and posting digital content on behalf of the company, specific programs and services, and selected individuals (your ability to create great content is key)
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance data
Identifying tracking and measurement tools to measure success
Continuously improving processes and finding new ways of growing engagement levels
Minimum Requirements (education and experience):
A great mix of creative and analytical thinking.
Excellent track record of driving growth (we are talking scaling by orders of magnitude) and meaningful engagement. One of the metrics of growth for Aurora is increasing the talent pipeline.
Experience managing campaigns on various social media channels including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, etc.
Considerable knowledge of analytics tracking tools including Google Analytics.
Past success with analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
Great communication skills and a knack for presenting results to groups in a clear, digestible manner.
Excel in presentation building, program management and relationship building.
The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goal.
Interest and knowledge about the aerospace industry is desired
Must be able to support travel
Must be U.S. citizen or legal U. S. Permanent Resident.
