Proven experience developing high-quality digital content for different audiences across platforms.
Demonstrated ability to juggle, organize, review and publish large volumes of content across platforms

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A passion for helping businesses create better outcomes for the planet and society.
Experience with pitching stories to news media.
Additional Information:This position is approved for a 2-year term (with possibility of renewal/extension) which begins on the person's first day of employment.
This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.

Create a voice for BiGS website and other digital channels.
Assess and implement new dissemination opportunities to scale networks (LinkedIn, Medium, Threads, etc.)
Design and implement innovative, strategic campaigns that increase awareness of BiGS ideas and supports other key goals.
Collaborate with colleagues across Harvard to identify and produce social media content for multiple channels and platforms.
Create and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing and display advertising.
Generate data-driven monitoring and metrics to measure achievements.
Leverage full suite of online reporting tools including Adobe Analytics ensuring activities are monitored and optimized against the pre-established KPIs.
Provide monthly digital KPI and social media reports.
Creates action plan for continuous improvement.
Internal/External Communications and PR
Create and own BiGS’ global Editorial Calendar.
Run point on PR tools and the institute’s media database.
Assist the Head of Communications with the creation of unique experiences and media partnerships as needed.
Media pitching and support, as needed.
