The mission of the Microsoft Services Advisory Services and Industry Solutions team is to help Microsoft become the platform of choice for enabling digital transformation for customers within our priority industries. The core goals of the team are to increase the win rate for industry-led digital solutions, increase revenue from industry scenarios, increase Microsoft’s share of wallet with global accounts through industry solutions, increase usage of Microsoft’s cloud technologies, make the market for new Microsoft products through an industry-specific lens, and to drive adoption of the Microsoft cloud.

Responsibilities

Part of the team focuses on the creation and implementation of the delivery methodology for how Digital Advisors and Industry Architects execute the delivery of their projects through a Program of Change. This team is called the Digital Delivery Methodology team. The goal of this part of the team is to drive a consistent delivery methodology for our Digital Advisors. We are recruiting a Program Manager for the Delivery Methodology Team focused on delivery strategy.

The Delivery Strategy Program Manager – Delivery Strategy is responsible for creation, management, curation, and landing of a proven delivery methodology for long-term/durable account presence in a Program of Change that is executed by Digital Advisors.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation project delivery, or technology implementation is required

  • Project implementation leadership experience across multiple industries including at least two of the following: financial services, manufacturing, retail/consumer goods, health, or government is required

  • Multi-language a plus

  • Global experience across several markets

  • Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises
