Meet Our Team:
The Content Marketing team drives global engagement at scale through the development, execution and activation of industry-leading, thought leadership content that fuels Pega's marketing engine. Join us and be part of the creation of webinars and podcasts to amplify engagement with Pega's prospects and clients.
As a key contributor to the Content Marketing Programs & Operations team, you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholder groups, including our social, digital, marketing operations and creative teams. This is your chance to get hands-on experience in all facets of content marketing operations, including webinar development, podcast planning, operational content strategy, email promotion, campaign measurement, project management, and more.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Assist in the planning, management, execution and coordination of our simulive webinars
Collaborate with a team of content operations specialists, social media managers and marketing operations specialists to carry out a wide range of projects supporting key content programs like webinars and the corporate podcast
Create framework for our internal speaker casting call
Contribute to the aggregation of webinar process management documents
Who You Are:
You are passionate about marketing and eager to develop your skills within an innovative tech company while working with an industry-leading product. You think outside the box and use your experience for more effective collaboration.
Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Communication(s), Marketing/Business/Advertising, PR/Broadcast or related field
Solid grasp of information technology concepts related to multi-media content publishing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Drive for continuous learning and development
Organized and detailed-oriented
Knowledge and understanding of marketing technology
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
