Corporate Social Responsibility Lead (Cambridge, MA)

As a member of the Branding and Communications Team in North America, you will play a vital role in driving our corporate social responsibility initiatives and contributing to our purpose of improving 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030, including 400 million in underserved communities.

If you have a track record of success in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program development, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your role:

  • The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Lead at Philips NA is responsible for driving the implementation of the CSR strategy, managing charitable programs and volunteer programming. This role involves evaluating project proposals, identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating project implementation, and monitoring the impact of CSR programs. The CSR Lead will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices, collaborate with internal teams for visibility and communication, and establish strategic relationships with non-profit organizations to enhance the company's reputation.

  • You will have the opportunity to work across different businesses and functions, giving broad exposure for growth within the company.

  • This position is a hybrid role located in Cambridge, MA. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5 years of related experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred.

  • Your skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in communication and content creation, and highly developed project management and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask. Along with a background and/or interest in corporate responsibility, philanthropy, nonprofits, and/or communications, willingness to learn and take on new projects as needed, and flexibility to adapt to change and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, sociology, or a related field

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
