Oracle Corporate Communications Program Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Manages and negotiates strategic transactions for Oracle Corporation, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic licensing, minority investments and joint ventures.
Responsible for reviewing incoming opportunities for acquisition, investment, licensing or joint venture. Develop and coordinate acquisition/licensing strategy with development groups, including identifying and prioritizing technology needs.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

The role:The Corporate Communications Program Manager will help us enhance the internal communications experience at Oracle. S/he will be responsible for our internal communications strategy and will partner with communicators and key stakeholders across lines of business to ensure we provide employees the information they need, when and where it’s needed in order for them to be successful.
Job responsibilities:Specific responsibilities include:
Developing an in-depth understanding of Oracle’s current internal communications landscape.
Partnering with communicators and key stakeholders across lines of business to understand their program goals and define communication strategies that will ensure their goal attainment.
Helping communicators and other key stakeholders develop and execute integrated communications plans in alignment with program goals.
Reviewing, contributing to, and measuring the success of internal communications to ensure we continuously meet our goals for employee communications.
Contributing to strategy development and other strategic initiatives as they appear.
Exceptional communicator with great writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in working across teams to solve complex problems, often under high pressure and in time-sensitive scenarios
Ability to quickly shift priorities and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Technology background and extensive communications experience preferred
