Strong collaboration skills, contributing across KLS, HBS, and Harvard Library.

Reports to the ED, KLS and is a member of the Finance and Enterprise Services team.
Supports ED, KLS and KLS Leadership Team.
Works closely with KLS Leadership Team and represents the ED in the KLS community.
Liaises with HBS and Harvard Library staff.

Additional responsibilities include meeting and event support, creation of reports, procurement, and financial duties. Continued learning and professional development are an expectation of all community members.
Coordinates and participates in Leadership Team and other meetings and events, overseeing the organization of agendas, notes, action items, and planning to ensure smooth execution. Anticipates team needs and takes action proactively.
Administers calendar for the ED and other senior staff. Assists with scheduling for recruiting and other related activity. Executes travel arrangements and processes reimbursements.
Reads, proofreads, researches, and drafts communications. Prepares and edits presentations, reports, and other written or multi-media materials.
- Schedules communications and logistics for ED or Leadership Team sponsored events. Arranges operations-related details and catering.
Reporting and Procurement:
Liaises as needed with Harvard Library and external business, college, and university libraries.
Gathers, compiles, tracks data for reporting purposes.
Pursues relevant professional development opportunities.
Participates in HBS and Library committees. Performs other related duties as necessary.
