COORDINATOR, DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE, Sloan School of Management-Action Learning, to lead and coordinate--with guidance from the Digital Product Management (DPM) certificate faculty head--the operations of the newly launched DPM certificate. Will manage communications with faculty, departments, students, and external stakeholders on all certificate-related activities; manage existing and cultivate new relationships with external sponsors for the growing DPM Lab Action Learning course; handle course and curriculum management, including the application process, lab logistics, and liaising with degree program offices; be responsible for operations management, e.g., budget, developing and tracking metrics, communications and marketing, etc.; serve as the first point of contact for students; and perform a variety of other program and events management duties, including assistance with special projects. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff; and strong computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Seek a team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who is able to to successfully balance and prioritize a highly dynamic and diverse workload. PREFERRED: master’s degree and familiarity with the MIT SAP financial reporting systems. Job #21200-64/29/22
