As a Microsoft 365 Global Black Belt (GBB) you will be a senior solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers and deals. In this role you will help Microsoft build and grow the Content Services business with SharePoint Syntex, helping customers use advanced AI and machine teaching to automate content processing and transform content into knowledge. You will work closely with engineering, business planning, and marketing roles to inform product strategy and business direction and help grow the business.


The Role:

You will be a key member of our Global Black Belt team leading the sale of these innovative services in the Americas Region. This team is tasked with developing and closing customers for Modern Work solutions.

Your role will be to:

  • Develop relationships with business leaders at Fortune 500 companies and with Microsoft partners.

  • Evangelize SharePoint Syntex solutions to key business leaders looking to modernize their Enterprise Content Management solution

  • Provide insights based on customer feedback directly to product groups and business groups to refine and improve offerings.

  • Create compelling value proposition and messaging.

  • Build the SharePoint Syntex business in the Americas region by building a pipeline of opportunities and closing deals

  • Drive a value based and consultative deal pursuit, working with Microsoft accounts teams, Services teams, and partners.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working within a fast-paced business, with a bias toward action and tangible results. This is a new and growing venture within Microsoft and the ideal candidate will be eager for the opportunity to learn and grow within that environment.

Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:

  • 10+ years of sales or business consulting experience

  • Ability to independently manage dialogue with both IT and non-IT senior representatives of top tier companies

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced business, with a bias toward action and tangible results

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think strategically about business problems

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Proven track record of results

Technical skills:

  • Advanced SharePoint Online, Intermediate Power Automate, Intermediate AI Builder skills required.

  • General Enterprise Content Services (ECM) including migration patterns for ingesting content into Office 365 required.

  • Experience with taxonomy, records management, and managed metadata needed

  • Microsoft Search and Graph experience valuable.

  • Experience valuable for intersection for SharePoint Syntex and sensitivity labels (e.g. Microsoft Information Protection) and retention policies/labels (e.g. advanced data governance).
