COMMUNITY COORDINATOR, Solve, to support Solve’s community engagement and marketing function and its mission of advancing lasting solutions from tech-based social entrepreneurs to address the world’s most pressing problems. Will work with Solves community and marketing teams on lead generation and conversion and member engagement and retention; analyze and evaluate Solve’s revenue, impact, and programmatic performance; and help manage marketing automation tools to grow and increase the effectiveness of lead generation. Responsibilities include turning Solve’s revenue, outreach, engagement, event, and innovator support data into insights through the maintenance and building of cross-functional dashboards, analyses, and presentations; providing ad-hoc analysis and Salesforce reporting requests; maintaining data cleanliness and system integrity through data quality control and validation; supporting multichannel membership marketing campaigns through HubSpot; tracking, measuring, and analyzing results against objectives to better understand how lifecycle marketing activities build Solve’s pipeline and convert Solve members; supporting the creation, management, and dissemination of Solve’s year-long program, content, and communication with both leads and members of the Solve community; and providing additional support as needed.
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least one year of professional experience in a similar role; high-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a CRM such as Salesforce (HubSpot knowledge preferred); ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based environment; attention to detail, accuracy, and operational excellence and ability to focus on quality and productivity for the tasks at hand; solid understanding of database systems and management of large data sets; and willingness and ability to learn new tools quickly.
