Job Summary
The Communications Coordinator will work directly with the Investor Relations, Communications, and the Management team. This role involves the maintenance of various databases, email correspondence, coordinating internal meetings, and organization to support the company’s communications efforts.
The successful candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent attention to detail with a pro-active and logical approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate should be a team player, enthusiastic and can work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for group and 1x1 meetings and conference participation
Maintaining records of meeting requests and attendees as well as investor/analyst profiles
Ensure accuracy of meeting logs
Support Investor Relations team on logistics for in-person group meetings, NDRS, events and field trips
Invoices and expenses
Manages calendars and schedules high volume of internal, external and virtual meetings with leadership, which may include onsite and remote meeting logistics
Provides support to CEO’s Executive Assistant when needed
Assumes other tasks and special projects as assigned by VP of IR & Communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong team-orientation, demonstrates respect, ability, willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage
Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others
