Philips Communications Associate, Quality & Regulatory in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The team collaborates with teams across Philips to share information and build awareness of Quality & Regulatory’s important role in the wider Philips’ business objectives, and our reputation as an innovative leader in health technology.
You are responsible for
Support Q&R communications focused on strategic priorities, including perform and transform activities and the overall Philips mission.
Contribute to various digital, video, and multi-media communications , including but not limited to: assist in the development and production of town hall meetings (Teams Live Events, Yammer Live Events); assist with the development of simple videos; assist in creating and sending newsletters and announcements; assist with the design and distribution of digital signage content; contribute to intranet, digital Community of Practice, and Knowledge Hub user experience and content creation and maintenance.
Support a variety of written communication deliverables ranging from messages to employees, newsletter articles, Yammer posts, and more.
Support team infrastructure including maintaining and monitoring the functional mailbox, distribution-mailing lists (MAPP system), Teams site, SharePoint site/intranet, and Q&R’s Yammer group and other communities.
Contribute industry knowledge and best practices for overall digital channel strategy for the intranet, Yammer, Community of Practice, Knowledge Hub and other.
Work closely as a team with Communications Director and Senior Manager of Communications and Change Management on execution of all deliverables to support the Q&R communications plan. You will report to the Q&R Communications Director.
Measure success of Q&R communications, ensuring work is delivered on-time, on-budget and continuously improves and adapts based on feedback and results

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree (Bachelor’s degree)
1 or 2 years of relevant experience, including internships
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent project management and organization skills
A passion for the healthcare and technology industries
Aptitude in digital media and other program-application knowledge (Yammer, Yammer Live Events, Teams, Teams Live Events, Mass Mail, Camtasia, SharePoint, newsletter, Excel, etc.); Photoshop, InDesign, and video production (a plus).
