Oracle Campaign Marketing Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Oracle is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, to drive integrated marketing campaigns across the Americas region. This marketer will be a trusted advisor to the business and will plan, execute, and measure demand generation marketing programs to in order grow sales pipeline and revenue for the sales organization.
They will be responsible for translating business requirements into marketing objectives and integrated tactics, aimed at significantly increasing awareness, driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration for the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit.
They will also contribute to project management of global marketing campaigns and work with content stakeholders to coordinate messaging and supporting assets that maximize pipeline, revenue and awareness. They will plan and identify the content and assets to support marketing activities that map to target audiences at the appropriate customer buying cycle stage.
The ideal candidate has a track record of executing multi-faceted marketing programs, campaign management and lead generation, is metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting reports, and turning reports into tangible business initiatives.
Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct, and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations.
Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Execute marketing activities within assigned budget allocations
Track record of owning campaigns and driving successful outcomes
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Exceptional writing skills: writing, proofing and editing materials
Ability and desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels in all areas of marketing
Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders, superior intercultural sensitivity and communications skills
Strong understanding of demand generation
Expertise in project management and organization
Solid understanding of planning, negotiation, and execution of marketing activities
Ability to be detail-oriented, while still being aware of the big picture
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on virtual teams
Works well independently with the ability to maintain close relationship with team (team player and a “can-do” attitude)
Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers at all organizational levels (Oracle/Customer executives, virtual teams, vendors, etc)
Ability to travel 10% within North and South America
Fluency in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus for supporting South American Region
