Responsibilities

  • Support the Services Practice Leader of Delivery Manager's Manager in operational execution of monthly Delivery Health Reviews

  • Prepare and produce Rhythm of the Business reports, insights and trend analysis (monthly and quarterly), including backlog reporting and forecast accuracy analysis

  • Prepare and analyze services operations data on Delivery Excellence, including Delivery Health Review, and Compliance Health reports

  • Support the Deal review and approval process, auditing Conditions of Approval status, and processing deal approvals

  • Organize and maintain a content management structure for Teams and SharePoint sites, drive submissions and refresh content

  • Collaborate with SI Americas Time Zone Business manager to design, collect and produce content for various communications: newsletters, presentations, polls, etc.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes and workflows and make necessary changes to drive improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a project manager, operations manager, communications manager or other related business discipline

  • 2+ years of experience managing Share Point sites.

  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work independently

  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify trends and insights, and proactively suggest areas for improvement

  • This position requires significant cross-group coordination, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to drive collaborative discussions with key stakeholders. Further, you will need to communicate at many organizational levels. You’ll develop and foster effective cross-functional relationships and successfully plan and execute changes across the Services business. You will bring strong Program and Project Management skills, and be able to understand and develop strategies along with the ability to focus on detailed level tasks, simultaneously.
