Philips Business Marketing Manager, Healthcare IT Solutions in Cambridge, Massachusetts
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute the Go to Market approach for Radiology Solutions including the Radiology Command Center, Radiology Analytics, and Patient Management in alignment with the markets’ business and overall strategy, and works with the clusters and businesses to ensure perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches. You will support the Business Marketing and Sales leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the business, especially around the marketing enablers and metrics. You will also support and coach the modality sales and clinical teams and ensure strategy and plans are aligned.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Supporting the head of marketing in creating the health system marketing plan for the market by providing audience and business specific insights, and the portfolio and business strategy
Driving the audience and business specific execution of the marketing plan, and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans
Supporting the BM&S Leader in the BMC process (process, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics
Providing market and customer insights and trends to the business
Performance management of assigned portfolio of product, solutions, and services
Supporting the business by providing market insights and trends, and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the product development phase and localizing it for the market
Forming the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
Driving local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market’s business and marketing strategy
Creating localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with marketing operations
Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities
Point of contact and “go to” resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre)sales support
Capturing, assessing, and acting on win/loss analysis
Supporting head of marketing and events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field
10+ years of relevant experience
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
Ability to bring people together and align them around common goals; leveraging the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
Ability to champion growth of marketers across the organization
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues; driving continuous improvement through Lean
Experience leading marketing in complex organizations and/or experience managing the commercial function in a large/complex organization
Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation
