Business Marketing Director, Acute Care - Go-To-Market

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

The Business Marketing Director- Acute Care - Go-To-Market, is responsible the key go-to-market strategies and plans within Connected Care. You are responsible for the demand generation, customer strategies & sales enablement across the Patient Monitoring and Informatics portfolio. You lead a team to drive customer insights & strategies; account-based advertising and marketing activities; and deliver best-in-class sales enablement tools. You will take a holistic approach to the portfolio, customer needs and industry trends – enabling our business & teams to address key customer needs and pain points. You will build marketing capabilities within the team and organization, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will lead a team to:

  • Annual demand generation marketing activation plans – including digital, call campaigns, events

  • Campaign briefing, design & execution

  • Account-based advertising & marketing

  • Communication & content strategy

  • Events plan & preparation

  • Marketing performance management, insight & optimization

  • Customer segmentation & go-to-market strategies

  • Voice of the customer & customer insights

  • Sales enablement, training & selling tools

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, sales support, clinical specialists, market intelligence

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of industry experience

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Successful strategic marketing and marketing analysis including understanding of approach & tools

  • Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare or medical technology products or solutions, incl. building customized value propositions to customers and markets

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • History of success in a complex matrix environment

  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa

  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to a hub location.
