In this role, you have the opportunity to

An opportunity to develop the future of consumer health by delivering new business development, focusing on partnerships, co-creation with health partners, acquisitions and innovative business models supported by 3rd party eco-systems.

You are responsible for

  • Translating strategic priorities into structured business development and business model activities.

  • Defining and delivering the strategy around inorganic opportunities with a global view

  • Identifying, negotiating and leading partnerships in sophisticated digital healthcare eco-systems (B2C, B2B, B2B2C)

  • Driving and leading multi eco-system solutions partnerships with payers, commercial insurance, health plans, clinics and other 3rd party partners.

  • Negotiating and closing partnerships, working with Solutions Venture Leaders in Consumer Health Team

  • Working closely with international markets to find opportunities and GTM innovation with special focus on data monetization strategy

  • Driving inorganic strategy across all elements form strategy definition, to execution of inorganic plays (borrow/buy)

  • Implementing plans while working in highly complex network including product management, legal, marketing, engineering teams, privacy and security

  • Collaborating cross-functionally and across global markets to gain agreement on the GTM plan so that it will have support for funding and execution

  • Proactively develop, maintain and foster strategic relationships with business partners and third party organizations to improve business opportunities for both parties and deliver enhanced value propositions prospect and win new business opportunities

  • Developing and maintaining an acquisition pipeline, and ensure all new opportunities and leads are actioned

You are a part of

The Consumer Health Venture team which operates as an agile, fast paced start-up. The team is composed of dedicated people in Product Management, Engineering, Product Research, Design, Business Development, Data Science, Sales and Operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BA degree required and MBA strongly preferred

  • 8+ years of proven experience in international business development

  • 5+ years in new digital solutions, product business development and business models innovation required.

  • Strong understanding of digital solutions, IOT and cloud based technologies and products, as well as sales and marketing strategies and tactics employed in those industries.

  • Success closing M&A/ partnership including GTM due diligence, with both large organizations and start-ups

  • Experience in digital health or medical industry

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems in US (health plans, Medicare, Medicaid) and EU is a plus

  • Software industry domain expertise, and the ability to understand sophisticated technology problems particularly related to 3rd party digital eco-systems

  • Extensive experience planning, negotiating, establishing, and leveraging partnerships with public and private organizations.

  • Proven track record in post-merger or post-partnership relationship management.

  • Data driven, but comfortable with ambiguity that comes with the Venture/Start-up approach.

  • Proven success in implementing digital solutions deals and partnerships

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical partners across multiple teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives.

  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high growth environment
