Brand Program Manager
Our technology client in Cambridge is looking for a Brand Program Manager to join their team for a contract role. In this role, you will support and drive a clearly-defined content programs strategy that supports the client's go-to-market objectives.
Lead role in shaping & ongoing management of client’s global brand program(s) with the goal of building brand awareness, credibility and increasing contact engagement
Assist in the planning, management, execution and quality assurance of brand campaigns focused on core engagement strategies targeted at key audiences
Support campaign launch, drive end-to-end creation of a high volume of short- and long-form assets across a variety of digital formats and in various languages
Enable adoption and activation of brand programs across sales, regional marketing, events, partners, etc. over campaign lengths of 12-18+ months
Collaborate & drive alignment with a diverse group of key internal and external stakeholders (subject matter experts, project managers, product marketing, content marketing, regional marketing, research firms, partners, etc.) from campaign ideation to asset production; from launch marketing strategy to program sunsetting/refresh
Ensure consistency and best practices over time in the enablement and activation of campaign assets
Monitor, analyze and report performance metrics over the lifetime of campaigns
Execute reporting / analysis against the analytics needs of brand programs to enable data-driven marketing and drive efficiencies through developing automated reporting/dashboards
Take input from team leadership and business owners to understand the goals of the business and define meaningful metrics to track those goals
Deliver recommendations and consultation regarding the efficiency of a variety of marketing tactics
Develop executive-level materials on brand marketing program insights and learnings
Maintain existing suite of dashboards, reports and presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
7+ years of in marketing, operations, program management and/or business/marketing analytics
Experience developing and executing global B2B marketing campaigns/programs for demand generation
Innovative thinker who has a strategic mind but enjoys diving into the details
Project management skills; ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with demanding timeframes
High level of experience in data analysis, reporting and producing actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
Experience building relationships within a cross-functional team
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized and detailed-oriented
