Sanofi Group Associate Director - US Fabry Patient Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts
This individual will play a key role on the US Fabry Marketing team. Focused on supporting Patient and Caregiver segments, this individual will be responsible for supporting identification of strategic priorities and creating marketing materials that enhance disease understanding and highlighting benefits of Fabrazyme, using scientifically sound and market-based insights. The Associate Director will report to the Head, US Marketing – Fabry, MPS I, and Renal.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation of an integrated marketing plan and tactics to encompass the needs of the Patient Education Liaison and Case Management teams, supporting the overall commercial organization
Develop and execute Patient marketing tactics (collateral across all channels including digital, promotional campaigns, adherence programs, speaker decks, etc.)
Contribute to the forecasting, strategic planning, and budget for the brand
Own patient market research insights for consolidation of situation analysis for annual brand plan and collaborate with Market Research Business Partner to formulate of market research calendar execute market research studies
Lead the approval process of the patient-facing materials through Promotional Review Board (PRB) by executing marketing activities in compliance with medical, regulatory and legal requirements
Manage multiple agency partners to produce deliverables on strategy within timelines and budget
Travel approximately 20%
Qualifications
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
Bachelor's degree required
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory/compliance environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders such as Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Market Research, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Sales
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and communicate core brand positioning and messaging
Strong organizational and operational skills, with attention to detail and sound business judgment
Strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Proven project management skills including objective setting, prioritization, planning, timeline and budget management, and pull-though of clear action plans
Ability to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
