IQVIA Associate Director, Portfolio Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts

We are in search of exceptional product marketing talent to help organizations realize the power of human data science, analytics, and technology to transform their decision-making. As the Associate Director of Portfolio Marketing, you will be an important addition to our growing portfolio marketing team and will focus on our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions and offerings. You will collaborate closely with our Performance Management marketing team to drive demand for the EIM portfolio, track results, and optimize strategy for greater success. This high visibility role will interface with functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, and our Geography teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain deep understanding of buyer needs and how IQVIA Technologies portfolio delivers on those needs.

  • Prioritize marketing efforts for the portfolio based on client requirements, market opportunity, business objectives and needed go to market support.

  • Create marketing strategies and plans with functional areas and Geography teams. Develop product messaging and create compelling content (e.g. thought leadership, website copy, blog posts, infographics, videos) to be used across all media and customer engagement channels.

  • Provide strategy, content, and guidance to Performance Marketing (i.e., Program, Events, Digital and Social marketing) and Geography teams.

  • Work with Sales Enablement and Business Partner teams to communicate our portfolio effectively to prospective customers.

  • Build portfolio/product awareness working with PR and analyst relations and social media.

  • Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing.

  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials.

  • Lead global cross-functional launch and release of marketing materials.

  • Apply creativity, innovation, networking skills, and a “hands-on” approach to accomplish the work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.

  • Life Sciences experience is desirable.

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce compelling materials and assets.

  • Excellent relationship-building and persuasive skills to bring together stakeholders from disparate functional groups to achieve objectives.

  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously.

  • Strong presentation skills, detail-oriented, collaborative, and analytical.

  • Knowledge of marketing processes and systems. Process-oriented with respect to marketing operations and execution workflows.

  • Experience in building and marketing programs utilizing tactics such as social media email, webinars, and hybrid events.

  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Related marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or marketing program role supporting a direct sales force in the B2B / enterprise software industry.
