Sanofi Group Associate Director, Planning and Forecasting Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Implements and manages our specialty care market forecast models in the Cognos TM 1 / IBM Planning Analytics platform
Partners with therapy area dedicated forecasters to ensure smooth and seamless integration of our Excel based market forecast models with our TM 1 platform
At times takes ownership of market models for specific therapy areas to deliver during forecasting cycles
Contributes to best practices and implementation of advanced forecasting methods for our market forecast models
MBA or Master’s degree preferred, with a record of strong academic performance and exposure to quantitative methods
5+ years of previous experience in Consulting or planning/forecasting roles, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
Experience leading projects independently and/or experience managing teams as part of projects
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others
Analytical problem-solving skills, with an ability to both see the big picture and delve into details
Excellent organization and planning skills
Experience with Cognos TM 1 / IBM planning analytics
Experience with analytical tools/platform (e.g., SQL, R, Python) a plus.
