ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MARKETING, ADMISSIONS, Sloan School of Management, to manage the admissions marketing team and assume responsibility for planning, creating, and implementing strategic marketing for MIT Sloan master’s degree programs (MBA, MFin, MBAn, Sloan Fellows MBA, LGO, and MSMS). Will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement the full-funnel marketing strategy, from lead generation to conversion and enrollment; handle the day-to-day management of marketing staff with oversight of digital, print, and event marketing with goals to align brand messages, integrate platforms, drive event attendance, and increase diversity of the prospect pool; and serve as a member of the admissions committee. The primary responsibilities will involve strategic oversight of digital marketing/advertising, team leadership, admissions committee membership, social influencer relationship development, content strategy, admissions initiatives, social media management, program messaging, and school branding. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least three years of college admissions work experience; team leadership experience; strong project management skills, including scoping and leading complex projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, motivating project teams, and managing budgets; experience working with and managing freelancers, vendors, photographers, videographers, etc.; knowledge of social media and website metrics and best practices; and strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
