Work collaboratively with the advertising and partner teams across a multitude of platforms and campaigns.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Day to day management of paid social marketing activities

  • Assume ownership of paid social campaigns, including campaign development, optimizations, reporting/measurement, and test planning

  • Management of external partners

  • Mentoring of junior team member/s with operational oversight of their work

Day to day management of Display Advertising activities

  • Assume ownership of display advertising campaigns, including campaign development, optimizations, reporting/measurement, and test planning

  • Management of external partners

  • Mentoring of junior team members with operational oversight of their work

Cross-functional team & Regional integration

  • Work with internal marketing teams to gather inputs for campaign development and share back regular cadence of performance via established processes

  • Collaborate closely with Digital team on landing page development/optimization and ongoing landing experience coordination


  • Collaborate with the brand, advertising, and marketing analytics teams to build and analyze standardized report(s) to communicate strategy and impact of paid social and display activities.

You are an accomplished tech savvy marketer with excellent writing and communications skills, a resilient character that is not afraid to challenge existing thinking, with a knack for driving cross-function engagement. You have a focus on quality and is a strong team player, willing to roll up their sleeves to help get work done. Additionally, you are someone whom teammates want to work with, day in and day out, who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, but takes driving great outcomes and being part of a winning team very seriously.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years experience in a marketing role, specifically paid media

  • Project management skills and the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and demanding timeframes

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

  • Comfortable with data and basic quantitative analysis

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels

  • Experience building relationships within a cross-functional team

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Organized and detailed-oriented

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing technology
