ASSIGNMENT AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE, Housing and Residential Services (HRS), to collaborate as an integral member of the HRS team by supporting its housing assignment area and marketing initiatives. Will report to the associate director for residential services and coordinate communication related to undergraduate and graduate housing processes, summer housing, and conferences, including responding to inquiries from current and prospective residents, parents, alumni, and campus partners. Will also partner closely with the HRS senior communications manager to support marketing efforts and assist with other departmental communications as assigned. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of related experience, preferably in communications, marketing, writing, design, or related field; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience maintaining and developing websites using a content management system such as Drupal, writing and scheduling social media content, and disseminating email marketing; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and a variety of other software programs for creating and editing digital projects; proficiency creating, editing, and sharing visual content, including photos, videos, and infographics; and knowledge of and experience with copywriting, proofreading, and editing. PREFERRED: bachelor’s degree, preferably in a humanities or communications field.
