The Analyst of Promotional Programs will be a member of the Sanofi Genzyme Promotional Event Management (PEM) team, a department of Commercial Operations. This position reports to the Director, Promotional Event Management.
The Primary Mission of the PEM team is as follows:
Support all customers throughout the promotional programs process (marketing, sales leadership, speakers, home office, finance, etc.)
Provide support for the promotional programs system including knowledge of the key integration points and dependencies including HR data, transparency, customer master, finance, etc.
Provide support to the Brand to develop and present program analytics to help drive program strategy and efficiencies.
Provide annual support of the onboarding speaker bureau process in collaboration with Brand teams.
Work closely with the Sanofi Genzyme therapeutic areas across the annual life cycle of promotional events: budget planning, speaker nomination and contracting.
Collaborate with business operations, and business integrity colleagues when necessary.
Meeting the day to day support needs of marketing and sales leadership, including managing the inquiries received in the PEM mailbox.
Ensuring the timely execution of PEM and HealthSTAR tasks including but not limited to those related to speaker contracting, updates to event invitations and content and specific escalations and time sensitive issues and questions.
Administration of Veeva/Salesforce budget – creation and management of budgets according to brand, event type, vacancies, transfers and realignment.
Data Stewart for event related data –Salesforce reporting, Qlik dashboards and development of program analytics on an as needed basis.
Participate in all QBA’s and monitor for changes impacting PEM. Keep up to date on all Salesforce, Veeva and Sanofi releases and enhancements.
2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Excellent in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Smartsheets preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 5% of time Preferred Qualifications.
Proficient with Veeva and/or Salesforce.
Cross functional experience with marketing and sale.
Demonstrable Project Management success.
