Successful track-record of developing customer loyalty strategies for a premier global brand, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

Ability to develop a solid understanding of the HBS EE participant personas and consumer empathy and has a dedication to great customer experiences

This key member of our Executive Education corporate marketing team will play an integral role in developing and executing data-driven engagement and loyalty strategies for individuals and organizations as well as creating a compelling value proposition that positions HBS Executive Education as the premier executive development partner for organizations worldwide. This person will be a hands-on contributor as a member of Executive Education’s internal marketing team.
The Associate Director will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle engagement strategy to drive repeat and referral business by utilizing a variety of targeted approaches at each stage of the client lifecycle.
Create a compelling value proposition for the corporate market. Develop and implement a suite of digital and collateral resources—presentations, content, client testimonials, emails, video—that support the value proposition.
Collaborate with peers on internal marketing team and external media/design partners to plan digital media and email campaigns, develop content for mobile/web/social channels, and create compelling collateral and sales support tools.
Partner with sales and program advising teams and other cross-functional teams for market insights, competitor updates, etc.
Implement KPIs, including NPS (net promoter score), to inform our ongoing engagement/loyalty strategies and sales efforts.
