Your ability to influence stakeholders, passion for developer experience, drive decisions with qualitative & quantitative insights and successfully execute in a matrix environment will ensure your success in the role. This is a BIG IMPACT opportunity to bring security to the Developer ecosystem across all of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop vision, roadmaps and plans with executive management for delivering world class, secure, developer experience with automated governance and guardrails

  • Engage customers, partners and internal collaborators to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic goals.

  • Collaborate and drive alignment with engineering, product, program and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives

  • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a quality service on time.

  • Drive product management from planning to delivery and iteration

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on high-scale, preferably Cloud native, data services, service API’s, and distributed systems at scale.

  • A related technical degree required.

  • Prior experience building Security, DevSecOps or DevOps products

  • Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap

  • Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment

  • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment

  • Experience building and delivering solution on AWS, Azure, GCP in a dynamic and automated environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Understand the security objectives and challenges as you shift left for automation

  • Deliver a strategy, roadmap and detailed plan for making security easy

  • Thorough understanding of ssdl, enterprise software development, developer productivity tools and ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile or similar methodologies

  • Past experience with developer tools like AWS CLI, CI/CD tools or developer experiences

  • Agile/Lean certified a plus

  • Top-tier professional in corporate communications, presentation, and risk awareness

  • Experience in driving key information security, compliance and other regulatory requirements internally and externally
