Salesforce is seeking for an experienced Security Product Manager to join our team to help build the next generation of our identity and access management (IAM) Platform/Services, to provide developers and their organizations robust, scalable services that help them innovate faster in any public cloud substrate. We are looking for someone with a track record for building services from the ground up in any Public Cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will guide the future of Salesforce Identity and also play a critical role in defining multi-substrate public cloud architecture. Come work on Identity in the cloud, and participate in the vision of digital transformation


  • Develop and drive the Identity product roadmap, driving critical capabilities from concept to customer.

  • Innovate by applying your Identity experience and best practice to deliver robust services in Public Cloud.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes

  • Work with all stakeholders appropriate to our area to understand problems, desired outcomes, and craft a solution.

  • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a quality product on time.

  • Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.

  • Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 6+ years of Product Management or similar experience.

  • The ability to build & lead a high performing global team

  • Specialization in Identity and Access Management fields.

  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social Sign-On, SSO, LDAP, and Radius

  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.

  • Experience working in and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.

  • Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products
