Oasis Systems, LLC Proposal Production Coordinator in Burlington, Massachusetts
Oasis Systems LLC (Oasis) has an exciting opportunity at our headquarters in Burlington, MA for a Proposal Production Coordinator who will support the proposal development process at the corporate level and across company divisions.
Individual must be self-motivated and be able to organize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity. Must possess strong writing, editing and word processing skills. Graphics and spreadsheet competencies are a plus. The primary function will be to plan, organize, write, update and coordinate proposal production for Oasis. The individual must be flexible as position demands overtime and weekend work from time to time.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:Minimum of 5 years providing government contracting proposal and graphics support.
EDUCATION:Bachelors Degree (additional 2 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree)

SECURITY CLEARANCE:Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
DESCRIPTION:Candidate duties include:
Work with proposal team and technical staff on various tasks related to the proposal development processes such as RFP reviews and summaries, coordinate proposal and past performance write-ups, coordinate past performance questionnaire submissions, and maintain proposal timelines and production deadlines.
Research business development opportunities in the Government marketplace using sources such as GovWin and Beta.SAM.
Request monthly Business Development inputs; compile, format and update monthly BD pipeline report.
Track marketing and business development expenditures. Manage industry association and membership databases and dues.
Coordinate and assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures and capabilities briefing material.
Review and proofread proposal responses for accuracy. Ensure all documents comply with RFP requirements and meet editing quality standards.
Manage and support the production, reproduction, and binding/ packaging of pre-proposal review team documents and final proposal documents.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Theideal candidate will have:
At least five years of experience supporting full-lifecycle proposal development and technical writing.
Excellent word processing skills preferably using Office 365 products to include MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work last minute overtime as needed
Team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions
Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, while being adaptable to changing priorities and still meeting firm deadlines
