Program Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Platforms team and lead delivery of key projects enabling our ecommerce and digital ecosystem.

As a Program Manager for E-commerce/D2C, you'll be at the heart of our digital transformation, orchestrating seamless operations and ensuring our online Keurig experience delights customers every step of the way. This role blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth, optimize processes, and create exceptional customer experiences in the fast-paced world of online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead E-commerce Strategy: Oversee the development and maintenance of business cases, program plans, integrated master schedules, resource plans, budgets, etc. as required to scope, plan, and execute product programs

  • End-to-End Program Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of e-commerce projects, from planning and execution to monitoring performance and refining strategies to meet KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and technology teams to execute high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

  • Regularly assess project outcomes, identify opportunities for scaling and refining processes, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Share the responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving program and project management methods and tools

  • Serve as a resource to senior leadership in the planning and execution of assigned programs, including regular engagement with key business sponsors

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management specific to e-commerce, or D2C operations, preferably within the consumer goods or coffee industry.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.

  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through complex, fast-moving projects.

  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Expertise in common knowledge-worker tools (Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams/Office) and specialized project/program management software (MS Project, Atlassian Suite – JIRA/Confluence, etc.)

  • Experience in a matrixed responsibility organization working with multiple Product Managers per effort, and off-shore team management

  • Strong experience facilitating the gathering and development of requirements for complex solutions

  • Possesses significant practical experience in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)

  • PMP, CSP , SAFe certifications highly suggested
