Oracle Product Manager, Direct Mail in Burlington, Massachusetts
Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Colorado Pay Range: From $124,774 to $224,599 per annum

The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customers’ data needs, defining the strategic direction & product roadmap with a strong data-driven outcomes focus, preparing & executing commercial, go-to-market, and end-of-life plans for each product as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have successfully built and managed offline targeting and measurement products. They will have a proven track record of defining customer-centric product strategy, driving products from conception to launch, and enabling difficult trade-off decisions in collaboration with other product managers.

4 years of relevant work experience in Direct Mail Marketing
Strong strategic thinking, planning and tactical execution and the ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and features
Experience in and or hands-on knowledge of Product Management, with a focus on direct mail marketing and data modeling
Ability to be highly collaborative and work across multiple teams in a complex and matrixed organization
High level of initiative to overcome obstacles and drive towards action
Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
