Oracle Principal Product Manager, Digital, Industry Strategy and Success - Marketing Cloud in Burlington, Massachusetts
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Oracle Marketing Cloud product development organization has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing strategy and customer success senior Product Manager. Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for ensuring the customer success of Oracle Marketing Cloud customers from pre-sales to post-sales retention. Successful candidates will view this as an opportunity to build and drive a global business specific to their industry of focus while enabling customer experience transformation for our customers.
Development and execution of Oracle Marketing Cloud industry strategy and customer success in both the B2B and B2C space
Engage with prospects and customers to deliver Oracle Marketing Cloud product value propositions.
-Work with VIP customers to assess their current Martech strategy and product adoption while guiding them to becoming more mature marketers.
Provide industry subject matter expertise and relevant industry solutions
Development of Oracle Marketing Cloud product positioning, context based solutions and collateral for the industry
Identification of industry use cases and value proposition
Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle Marketing Cloud s Suite of products and how they bring value to companies within your industry of expertise
Maintain a deep understanding of the marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities for companies within your industry of expertise
Define solutions and product specifications to address the needs of the industry; engage with Product Managers to ensure it is built and market ready.
Engage in public speaking, thought leadership and industry analysts/media to evangelize our solutions in the marketplace.
Train internal and external service organizations on your industry strategy and solution.
Consult and assist sales managers, customer success managers and sales consultants assigned to your focused industry accounts. Focus on developing their industry knowledge to take on more execution responsibility over time.
-Collaborate across Oracle to promote OMC Regulated industry value and capitalize on opportunities (i.e. work with CX (Customer Experience) organization, IBU (Industry Business Units), ODC (Oracle Data Cloud) vertical teams).

Skills and Experiences Required_
10 years digital marketing experience
Deep knowledge of Martech space with a focus on SaaS-based marketing automation; highly desired to have hands on experience utilizing Oracle Marketing Cloud s products
-Expertise in digital marketing tactics such asevent-triggered marketing, segmentation, testing and optimization, hyper-personalization, analytics and attribution
-Bachelor Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
-Very strong written and verbal communication skills
-Very comfortable with public speaking
-Ability to travel globally and up to 40% of the time.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
The Industry Strategy and Success Senior Product Manager is a marketing expert in their own right and will be the global OMC authoritative voice on the marketing challenges and opportunities within their industry of focus. You will bridge the sales organization and product development organization to ensure Oracle Marketing Cloud provides a solution beneficial to customers and ensure their success. You will partner with customers to provide guidance and recommendations on how to gain more value from their Martech stack, enhance their customer experience, and drive more ROI. As a member of the product ambassador team, you will support global cross-organizational teams on focused industry opportunities including development of enablement content, customer meetings, Industry Advisory Board meetings, sales forum webinars, and additional activities to ensure success for your industries customers.
Additionally, collaboration and team work is key in this role as you will develop industry partner relationships, work closely with the customer account managers, provide product feedback to product management, work collaboratively across the Oracle organization and maintain a pulse on valuable customers within that industry.
You are comfortable speaking to large groups as this position will provide and present OMC industry thought leadership at conferences, webinars, customer advisory board meetings, and the like. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new customer facing content/products/services/processes/thought leadership needed for customer success.
