You are data-driven and love getting into the nitty-gritty of campaign optimization. You love owning campaigns from end-to-end in paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns. Partnering with our in-house creative team will be fun because you like to flex your inner artist. Keurig is looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to work with our DTC and B2B teams to drive online conversions for subscriptions, coffee makers, and K-Cup Pods. The position reports to the Sr Manager, Paid Marketing, and partners closely with many fantastic cross-functional partners in other marketing channels, merchandising, and product development. Responsibilities:

  • Manage display and paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other partners; ensuring campaigns are set up with best practices and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency

  • Responsible for the day-to-day campaign management including budget and bids adjustment, campaign optimization and expansion

  • Analyze performance data and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reviews and provide insights for campaign, bid optimization, audience targeting and promotions

  • Implement A/B tests, participate in betas, report out results, and develop recommendations for roll-out

  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to inform strategy

  • Cultivate close relationships with platform teams at Meta and LinkedIn to optimize performance and stay educated on new opportunities

  • Ensure creative excellence across channels


  • 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns across display partners and/or social media

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, able to derive actionable insights from data

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders

  • Must be detail-oriented, able to pivot, and work well under pressure

  • A degree in marketing, business, analytics, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience related field.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics.

  • Experience with/certifications for Google AdWords, Meta, etc.
