Job Overview

The position of Omnichannel Marketing Analyst is a critical role for Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP’s) Omnichannel Marketing organization and to the continued evaluation and optimization of retail media and in-store shopper marketing. Sitting within KDP’s in-house Omnichannel Marketing Center of Excellence team, the Omnichannel Marketing Analyst will work closely with KDP’s Omnichannel Marketing Managers across all brands and dozens of grocery, mass merchandise, pure-play, dollar, and convenience retailers.

The role demands a highly analytical thinker with a firm grasp on the digital media landscape, the ability to craft compelling data-centric narratives, and strong project management skills.

This individual will need to be able to isolate and identify meaningful and actionable trends and establish best practices based on historical and current omnichannel marketing programming results that will influence future planning and buying. An understanding of digital media tactics such as paid search, programmatic (display and video), social, influencer marketing, and retailer media networks is preferred.

There is high degree of collaboration required for this integrated role as you may also work with other Commercial and eCommerce functions (e.g., Sales, Data Science, Digital Shelf, Media, Shopper Insights, Revenue Growth Management) as well as our retail and agency partners to bring compelling guidance around maximizing traffic, conversion and growth across KDP’s categories.

Position Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to create compelling narratives around the effectiveness (and opportunities) within KDP’s omnichannel media programs/tactics that span various Retail Media Networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.) and third-party sources.

  • Build internal and external facing presentations and reports, ensuring consistency across audiences, while maintaining a well-organized knowledge library to preserve insights.

  • Work alongside KDP’s Omnichannel Marketing analytics partner to conduct and interpret a Marketing Mix Model with responsibility for ensuring data quality, providing actionable insights that lead to programming optimization, and conducting team education/trainings.

  • Develop and maintain various dashboards and benchmark libraries while communicating insights/trends to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Ensure data consistency and data hygiene across all reporting and initiative needs and facilitate the process of securing the right data sources for optimal analysis.

  • In conjunction with Omnichannel Marketing Managers, conduct sales lift analysis and A/B tests that drive optimization opportunities for future programming.

    Business Integration / Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Creates and nurtures cross-functional relationships throughout KDP organization including, but not limited to: Omnichannel Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Digital Shelf, Media, Shopper Insights, Revenue Growth Management and our agency partner

  • Becomes a key point of contact for entire Omnichannel Marketing team on performance

  • Challenges the status quo with a solution-oriented approach and change agent mindset

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience providing marketing analytics/insights with a preference for ecommerce, digital and/or retail media network advertising.

  • Excellent communication/analytical storytelling ability to translate data into insights and recommendations

  • Ability to consume complex data and research and connect disparate data points

  • Strong understanding of digital media tactics such Pay-per-click search, Social and Programmatic Display

  • CPG and/or Retail Media Network experience preferred.

  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Model work, preferably in Retail and/or CPG

  • Bachelor's degree in field related to marketing, economics, or statistics
