Role Overview

Customer 360 Audiences (C360A) is Salesforce’s Customer Data Platform (CDP). A CDP allows Marketing departments to aggregate customer data from many sources, create rich and dynamic customer profiles, and build marketing segments based on these profiles. Every CMO is demanding a CDP because it is the most strategic marketing asset. Industry analyst ResearchAndMarkets.com predicts that the CDP market will grow 30% a year to $3.2B over the next 5 years. We believe that CDPs are the future of CRM. It's an enormous opportunity.

This critical role will focus on driving integrations between C360A and our top-tier partners. This is a strategic, collaborative, and cross-functional role that will work with our customers, Business Development, our partners, and across C360A Delivery teams to build valuable and differentiated partner integrations into C360A.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to refine, socialize, and steward a partner integration strategy, inclusive of vision, market opportunity, methods etc.

  • Product management/product owner responsibilities for C360A’s integrations with top-tier partners. Define & prioritize partner integrations and drive alignment with stakeholders & dependency areas.

  • Drive customer discovery sessions along with designers to gain a deep understanding of business processes, technical integrations, and user requirements.

  • Work closely with engineering to build the product via scrum meetings, sprint planning, and ongoing requirement clarification.

  • Develop solution overview and other enablement artifacts, support demo development, and enable the Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success teams as well as key partners.

  • Engage with customers, partners, and ISVs in our design partner program, along with product ambassadors from across the company to prioritize the future of your product area.

  • Represent the cloud as a product expert at customer interactions, industry, and corporate events, as well as through community sites and social media.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a technology company, preferably MarTech SaaS.

  • Experience working with external partners to build differentiated and mutually beneficial integrations.

  • Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills with the ability to excite and lead others.

  • Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.

  • Location: US Marketing Cloud TMP hubs. Ability to work effectively across broad time zone differences.
