Job Description

The Director Digital Product for the Digital Account Management / Implementation Division of CVS Health is responsible for the following to be successful:• Support the sales organization in demonstrating Aetna Digital’s user journey, roadmap, and value story.• Build, inspire, train, and manage a talented, motivated, highly consultative digital engagement team.• Stay abreast of digital trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives and digital expectations.• Develop strategies to promote client and user engagement of Aetna Digital assets.• Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with multiple organizations to bring customer feedback to the product development process.• Work cross-functionally with Sales/Account Management Teams, Professional Services, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Product to optimize efforts. • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business.• Understand the full end-end product cycle and manage client expectations through the delivery process.• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners.including executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales and Delivery Leaders.• Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions.5+ years of Performance Management and Leadership experience. Track record of leading teams5+ years of presenting to National Accounts. Having good business acumen and gravitas skills.3+ years of experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios.2+ years of sales support and negotiation experience2+ years of technical platforms, business models, subject matter, and trends experience – with a focus on digital.2+ years of medical insurance experience* Must be willing to travel to client sites up to 25% .

COVID Requirements
