Keurig Dr Pepper Director, Corporate Communications – Digital in Burlington, Massachusetts
The Director, Corporate Communications – Digital is responsible for developing and executing a digital communications strategy to enhance and protect Keurig Dr Pepper’s corporate reputation. This role will manage all corporate digital and social media channels and initiatives, executing plans that amplify corporate positioning and build engagement with key stakeholders via current and emerging digital/social channels.
Key expectations for this role are:
Enhance KDP’s online and social media presence; lead corporate website activities for KeurigDrPepper.com and KDPproductfacts.com, including developing and coordinating ongoing site content, messaging and enhancements
Oversee an engaging owned media content strategy
Position KDP as an employer of choice; lead strategy development and implementation on channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed
Support promotion and protection of the KDP brand; define and implement social and digital media policy and equip employees to serve as brand ambassadors
Assist in developing social media response strategies and oversee corporate earned and social media monitoring
Lead the development of paid media initiatives as well as a wide range of creative, including video, photos, infographics and more, to be utilized across the corporate digital landscape as well as other channels and events
Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across social and digital channels by liaising with brand digital and marketing teams, including international
Support VP of Corporate Communications on media relations as necessary
Define metrics and measures of success; monitor effectiveness and performance of all digital channels, applying data/analytics and insights to inform, improve and adjust digital strategy accordingly
Maintain digital communications budget and digital agency/IT resource management
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years digital or communications experience, preferably at a CPG company
Demonstrated leadership skills in developing effective corporate digital platforms and content with creative execution and defined KPIs
Ability to plan and execute paid media campaigns that amplify corporate positioning, measuring effectiveness of digital/social activations and optimizing to generate best-in-class results
Experience implementing governance and policies related to digital assets and social media
Broad understanding of the integrated media landscape with traditional media relations experience/understanding a plus
Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to think creatively and generate new ideas
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Team player, ability to build strong relations internally across functional areas and externally with agencies and other constituents
Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently
Ability to travel occasionally as required
Video editing and Photoshop skills a plus
