Job Description

We are looking for an experienced designer to join the KDP Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead every step from concepting to production of materials for emails, website, social media, and other digital marketing tactics featuring brands like Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, Starbucks, Dunkin, Peet’s, and more.


•Manage, conceptualize, and implement and present multi-channel digital communications (homepages, content pages, emails, traffic drivers, banners) for campaigns, product launches, promotions, brand partnerships and more.

•Contribute to seasonal style guides, mood boards, and other assets to recommend overall art direction across digital assets.

•Work closely with creative team members including designers, copywriters, marketing and merchandising, and product teams to drive our design forward with understanding of design within business context.

•Be a thought leader by seeking out opportunities to better our visual design and communications.

•Drive design excellence and provide clear, meaningful direction and guidance to more junior designers.


Qualifications and Experience:

BA/BFA degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education.

•3-5 years prior graphic design experience, preferably within studio or agency environment.

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).

Sketch experience a plus.

•Passionate about design, current on latest design and industry trends.

•Refined eye for design with solid understanding of typography, color, and form.

•Highly motivated, positive, and open communication style.

•Pro-active, organized, and self-motivated with a personal commitment to quality, high-standards

with detailed executions.

•Proven experience working across a variety of print and digital media.

•Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

•Excellent presentation skills to present concepts and designs to project owners and stakeholders.

•Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate with designers and partner with

cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to support business goals.

• Additional experience or skills in branding, responsive design, photography, motion graphics, and/or UX

a plus.
