Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure s (OCI) cloud capacity team is looking for strategic, analytical program managers with demonstrated customer relationship management experience to join OCIs cloud capacity VIP customer team.
As a member of the team you will partner with OCIs VIP internal and external customers to ensure they have the IaaS cloud capacity needed support their business growth as they need it. You will work with them to understand their demand forecast, matching their projected needs to the most appropriate and efficient IaaS platforms maximizing cost efficiency for them and Oracle. You will partner with them to understand what is most important to them, and gain insights into what OCI cloud capacity is doing that is working and not working, and you will drive improvements across OCI cloud capacity on their behalf.
If you have unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, can up-level or down-level information appropriate to the audience, have experience providing executive ready material (documents, presentations etc.), and are comfortable working in highly ambiguous situation with strong judgment we urge you to apply.

4-year degree (BA or BS) required.
5 years of combined experience working in customer relationship management, program management, or infrastructure planning related roles.
Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to up-level information for executive leadership, and down level information for engineers.
Demonstrated experience creating executive level content, including presentations and word docs.
Sets the standard for effective program management with broad experience leading complex medium to large business critical projects from initiation to delivery across functional and/or technical areas designing, developing, deploying and maintaining large scale projects.
Familiarity with infrastructure capacity planning fundamentals.
Demonstrated history of identifying process inefficiencies and independently driving out the waste.
8 years of combined experience working in customer relationship management, program management, or infrastructure planning related roles.
Experience working in any role related to supply management or demand planning.
Previous IaaS cloud experience.
